Tender: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Pat Feeder Canal – PKR 250,000,000 (Balochistan)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Pat Feeder Canal Division, Dera Murad Jamali.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Pat Feeder Canal based on Composite Schedule Rates 2025 on Percentage Rates under PSDP#2839.

Tender fee: PKR 2,000 (Green Challan). Bid security: 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank, payable in the name of the undersigned. TSE number must be mentioned on the Green Challan.

Procurement rules: Bids will be processed under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Eligibility: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; completion of 3 assignments of similar nature; turnover of at least PKR 196,000,000 in three preceding years to demonstrate financial capacity.

Documents & issuance: NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Complete bidding documents are available and must be signed via the website.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the ePPS system no later than 2025-08-13 at 11:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the ePPS system.
