The Bank of Punjab Vehicle Auction — Lahore (2026-08-06)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab, Transport Department (Administrative Support Group).

Sealed bids are invited on plain paper for sale of vehicles on an "as is where is" basis. Reserve price will be announced at site. Bids must include a photocopy of bidder's CNIC and a 10% security deposit of the bid amount in the form of UC/Call Deposit in the name of The Bank of Punjab. Each vehicle requires a separate bid envelope with the car registration number clearly written on it.

Submission deadline: Drop bids in the tender box at 1st Floor, Head Office (BOP Tower) by 02:45 PM on 2026-08-06. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM; the bank may offer open bidding after opening sealed bids. The bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.

Payment and taxes: Successful bidders must deposit applicable withholding tax (W.H. Tax) — 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers — as per prevailing rates. Vehicles will be transferred after full payment and approval by the Competent Authority. Balance amount plus applicable W.H. Tax must be deposited within seven working days of intimation to successful bidders; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the bid. Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after four working days of the auction. After participation in open auction, successful bidders cannot withdraw; otherwise security deposit will be forfeited.

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected at 15-Race Course, China Chowk, Lahore on working days (Monday to Friday) from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
