Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. PMDC invites pre-qualification applications from interested parties/firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards and listed as active taxpayers for supply/contracting/service provision under an open framework arrangement for PMDC Collieries (Sor Range, Sharigh, Degari) and PMDC Branch Office, Quetta.
Pre-qualification covers the following lots:

Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions and instructions for preparation of bids can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500 from:
1) PMDC Head Office, Islamabad
2) PMDC Branch Office, Quetta
Submission: Hard copy proposals, prepared in accordance with the pre-qualification document, must reach the PMDC Branch Office, Quetta on or before 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants who wish to attend.
