A public-sector Modaraba Management Company in Lahore seeks an experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated Manager Finance on a contractual basis to lead financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and compliance functions.

Position	Manager Finance
Location	Lahore
Minimum Qualification	Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline from a university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Experience	At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in Modaraba or non-banking financial services sector.
Key Skills & Knowledge	Practical knowledge of financial reporting, costing, budgeting, cash flows and taxation. Thorough understanding of applicable accounting standards and regulations. Proficient in ERP systems, financial software and Microsoft Office. Advanced spreadsheet-based financial modeling using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities	Financial reporting and analysis. Preparation of annual and periodic financial statements, budgets, projections, variance analysis and cash flow statements. Preparation and timely filing of statutory forms/returns. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, Stock Exchange and other stakeholders. Handle income tax and sales tax matters in coordination with tax consultants/authorities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Age Limit	Maximum age 55 years as of closing date.
Employment Terms	Appointment on a contractual basis; market-based salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
