HQ NLC Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from Firms/Companies (OEMs / authorized suppliers with local manufacturing within Pakistan) registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for "PROCUREMENT OF TASK VEHICLES FILTERS". Bids are to be submitted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with two separate envelopes: one marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and one marked "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL".
