Auction: Residential Plots in Shahmansoor Town, Swabi — 25 Aug 2026

Issuer: Urban Area Development Authority (UADA), Swabi. Auction of 11 residential plots on ownership basis in Shahmansoor Town, Swabi. Auction date: 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM at the Office of Urban Area Development Authority, Shahmansoor Township, Swabi. If the auction remains incomplete for unavoidable reasons it will continue on 2026-08-26.

Key terms and application procedure:

1. Security deposit: Rs. 300,000 (Rupees Three Lac only) per plot required before the auction in the form of call deposit, pay order, or bank draft payable to Director, Urban Area Development Authority Swabi. Without this deposit no person will be allowed to participate. Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after finalization of the auction.

2. Successful bidder(s) must deposit 25% of the bid amount (as declared by the competent authority) by bank draft in the name of Director, Urban Area Development Authority Swabi within 7 (seven) working days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the security deposit in favor of the Authority.

3. Within one week after receipt of the 25% payment, the Authority will issue an allotment letter requiring payment of the remaining amount and applicable taxes within one month, in the same manner.

4. Detailed terms and conditions are available from the Office of the Housing Officer, UADA Swabi during working hours before the auction.

5. All Provincial/Federal Government taxes shall be deposited in accordance with relevant rules.
