Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. PMDC invites pre-qualification submissions from parties/firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) / respective revenue boards for income tax and sales tax and listed as active taxpayers for supply/contracting under an open framework agreement for PMDC collieries (Sor Range, Sharigh, Degari) and PMDC Branch Office, Quetta.
Pre-qualification documents (terms, conditions, bid opening instructions) can be purchased for Rs. 1,500 from:
