Tender Notice — Pak-Italian Burn Center, Nishtar Medical University Multan for Surgical, Drugs & General Store Supplies (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Executive Director, Pak-Italian Burn Center, Nishtar Medical University, Multan invites tenders from firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and registered with income and sales tax departments for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. All bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Bidding documents, terms and detailed specifications are available from the PPRA website and the E-Procurement Punjab portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Firms must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on the E-Procurement Punjab portal.

- All bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement Punjab portal. Single stage — two envelopes bidding procedure shall be followed.

- Earnest money equal to 2% of the quoted item value must be submitted/paid online before the closing date and time via the E-Procurement system.

- Procurement will be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (as amended). The procuring agency may reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with the rules and is not required to justify the grounds for rejection.
