Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (BOP). Recruitment for senior roles in the Consumer Banking Group based in Lahore. Online applications are invited for the following leadership positions.

Head - Agriculture Credit (Consumer Banking Group)	Grade: Band-2 Location: Lahore	Drive growth of the bank’s agriculture lending portfolio in line with business plan and objectives. Encourage program-based lending tailored to customers’ needs; liaise with other business units to generate business leads. Identify business opportunities; structure proposals, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements. Ensure credit discipline, monitor business performance and regulatory compliance.	Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience. Age: Not more than 55 years on application date.
Head - SME (Consumer Banking Group)	Grade: Band-3 to Band-2 Location: Lahore	Develop and implement SME business plans aligned to the bank’s objectives. Promote program-based lending and deploy business and sales strategies for SME customers. Identify new business avenues, structure proposals, manage portfolio risk and security arrangements. Maintain credit discipline in accordance with bank policies and procedures.	Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience. Age: Not more than 55 years on application date.
