Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) under Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. PMDC invites interested parties/firms for pre-qualification as suppliers, contractors and service providers under an open framework arrangement for PMDC collieries (Sor Range, Sharigh, Degari) and PMDC Branch Office, Quetta.
Eligibility: Firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards for Income Tax & Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (Income & Sales Tax).

Document purchase: Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions and bid opening information can be purchased for Rs. 1,500 from:

- PMDC Branch Office, Quetta
Submission: Hard copies of proposals, prepared in accordance with the pre-qualification document, must reach PMDC Branch Office, Quetta by 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants who wish to attend.
