Invitation to Bids — Office Stationery, Entertainment & Office Maintenance (Punjab Mass‑Transit Authority, Lahore)

Project Management Unit (PMU), Lahore of Punjab Mass‑Transit Authority invites bids through the Punjab e‑Procurement (eP) System from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for procurement under Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab e‑Procurement (eP) System. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount shown above in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of the Project Director, Project Management Unit, Punjab Mass‑Transit Authority. Late e‑bids will be rejected. Bidding documents and e‑bidding instructions are available through the PPRA/Punjab e‑Procurement websites and bidders may download them without paying any fee.

Completed e‑bids must be delivered through the Punjab e‑Procurement (eP) System. Originals of the Bid Security instruments must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number and Title before the bid submission deadline to the Office of Director (Admin & Finance), 12th Floor, Arfa Kareem Tower, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Electronic submission of quoted items and the required 2% bid security must also be made through the e‑Procurement System as per PPRA instructions.

Bids will be opened on the same day of submission at 1130 Hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and bidders bear the cost of any procurement-related expenses. For queries and submission of originals:
