Issuing authority: Director, PDMA Balochistan. Electronic-only bids are invited via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for selection of consultancy services for MHVRA in Balochistan under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Eligibility and requirements: Registration with FBR for Income Tax and with BRA; listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); registration with PEC as a consulting engineering firm; not blacklisted by any procuring agency/authority; evidence of similar assignments (2 assignments of similar nature and complexity) and turnover of at least 49,500,000 PKR in the previous three years; BRA registration certificate; one MHVRA supply order (where applicable). Procurement procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding. Financial proposals of only those consultants whose technical proposals are considered and approved will be opened. Incomplete or late proposals will not be considered. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required.
