The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches (Daska, Wah Cantt, Gujranwala)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). Purpose: Hiring of contractors for renovation work at three BOP branches. Tender reference: CPD/2026/T-119-121. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key submission details:

- Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only.

- Deadline for uploading/submitting bids: 2026-08-17 by 11:00 AM (technical bids). Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, payable/submittable digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System or by Link/Bank Guarantee options as specified on the portal.

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

- Tender notice available on: PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. Customers can file complaints via SBP’s 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
