National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable advertising agencies to provide full communications services across print, electronic, digital/social media, display and classified channels in accordance with the Guidelines and Procedures of the Advertisement Policy 2024 (Press Information Department, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan). The appointed agency must have its head office anywhere in the country and a complete creative, visual and marketing/advertising set-up in Lahore.
Interested agencies should submit EOIs and supporting documents to the office of the undersigned. Shortlisted agencies will be invited to deliver a comprehensive presentation to the Selection Committee. All submissions must comply with the Advertisement Policy 2024 and relevant PPRA rules.

Process & Terms
EOI documents are available from the office of the undersigned and on the listed websites. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in accordance with PPRA rules.
