The Bank of Punjab Tender: Renovation Contractors for Daska, Wah Cantt & Gujranwala Branches

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process for hiring contractors to carry out renovation works at three BOP branches. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key details:

• Bid submission portal: Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-17 up to 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a date/time announced subsequently.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally using the generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery/chargeal costs. NTN and GST registration certificates are required with bids.
• Bidding documents and tender notice are also available on PPRA (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and BOP (www.bop.com.pk) websites.
