KP-HCIP Request for Bids — Solarization of Schools (Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi) — Bid Deadline 2026-08-25

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders for the solarization of schools (male & female) and selected education offices/directorates under the KP-HCIP. Procurement will follow Open National Competitive Procurement using a Single Stage–One Envelope (RFB) process in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations. Bid documents are available on submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000.

Key procurement instructions:

• Pre-bid meeting: 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the KP-HCIP Office, House No. 1/2-A, University Town, Peshawar. Remote participation may be arranged on request.
• Bid document inspection & purchase: During office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from the KP-HCIP (Education) Office, House No. 1/2-A, University Town, Peshawar. A written application and payment are required to obtain documents.
• Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or call deposit.
• Submission: Bids must be delivered to the Project Director, KP-HCIP (Education) Office, House No. 1/2-A, Park Avenue, University Town, Peshawar, by the dates and times specified below. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
