Tender: Procurement of Stationery Items — Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), The Mall Rawalpindi invites e-bids for procurement of stationery items. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, be active on tax files, and quote prices in Pakistani Rupees. GST should be shown separately where applicable. Bid validity is 90 days from the bid opening date and may be extended for a further 30 days.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Two percent (2%) bid security of the estimated price for each lot is required as listed below. Bidders should submit e-bids online and also submit hard copies of bids and bid security as per e-Procurement system instructions where applicable. The University may reject any or all proposals and is not required to justify the grounds.

• Register and submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bank collaboration is with Bank of Punjab for bid security processing.
• Last date and time for receipt of e-bids: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-18 at 11:30 hours. If the closing date is a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
• Evaluation will follow Rule 38-A of PPRA 2014: technically compliant and lowest evaluated bid will be accepted. Late bids will not be accepted.
