Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Highway Division Mardan invites electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope via E-PADS) from eligible firms/contractors for road works under the KPPRA Procurement Rules. Firms must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as required.
Submission method: Electronic submission through the E-PADS system. Bid security in the shape of CDR (bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s)) must be uploaded via the E-PADS portal. Detailed terms, conditions and eligibility requirements (including provisions for bids more than 10% below Engineer’s estimate and additional security requirements) are stated in the tender documents.
