CTD Sargodha Tender Notice No. 01/2026-27 — Supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous & Transport Items

Regional Officer, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Sargodha Region invites e-Bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items and transport-related supplies under framework contract(s). Eligible bidders include firms, companies, registered suppliers, manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions and submission details:

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 36(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- Bid submission deadline (final upload): 2026-08-26 at 11:00 AM. Technical bid opening: 2026-08-26 at 11:30 AM.

- Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost for each lot (original instrument such as Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favour of RO CTD Sargodha) must be furnished as required by the e-Procurement rules.

- Tender documents and all bid correspondence to be processed through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders must be registered on the portal to participate.
