BOP Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Three Branches (Daska, Wah Cantt, Gujranwala)

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites technical and financial bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable organizations/companies for hiring contractors to carry out renovation work at three BOP branches.

Key procurement details:

- Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website after this publication.

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM.

- Technical bids will be opened by a Committee on 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a subsequent date/time to be announced later.

- Bid submission/upload is only through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required and must be paid/submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

- This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and BOP website (www.bop.com.pk). The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.

- Customers can file complaints via SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
