Submission and eligibility notes:
- Bidding documents, terms and conditions are available on the PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx) and the E-Procurement Punjab portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
- Firms must be registered with PPRA for E-procurement on the E-Procurement Punjab portal. All e-bids must be submitted through the portal.
- Procedure: Single stage – two envelopes bidding procedure. Earnest money: 2% of the quoted value to be submitted/paid online via the E-Procurement system by the closing date/time.
- Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (as amended). The procuring agency may reject bids and will communicate grounds on request but is not obliged to justify rejections. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
