Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA has issued a notice of hearing regarding quarterly adjustments filed by XWDISCOs on account of capacity charges, transmission charges, variable operation & maintenance charges, impact of incremental units and effect of T&D losses on FCA for the 2nd quarter of Calendar Year 2026 (April to June 2026).
The Authority has decided to conduct a hearing to determine the 2nd quarterly adjustment for CY 2026 as per the notified mechanism. Interested parties and affected stakeholders are invited to submit written/verbal comments or objections as permissible under the law before the hearing. Copies of the Act, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines and adjustment requests filed by XWDISCOs are available on the NEPRA website.
