NDMA Auction of Vehicles and Motorbikes — Islamabad (18 Aug 2026)

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (Prime Minister's Office), NDMA HQ, Islamabad.

NDMA intends to auction vehicles and motorbikes. Inspection and auction schedule, payment requirements and terms are below.

Inspection: 17 August 2026 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad.

Auction: 18 August 2026 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad — 1500 hrs.

Payment / bid security requirements (as stated):

• Bidders must bring original CNIC at time of auction.
• Pay order / bank draft in favour of NDMA: Rs.10,000 per motorcycle; Rs.25,000 per vehicle up to 1300 cc; Rs.50,000 per vehicle beyond 1300 cc.
• Successful bidder must deposit 25% of bidding amount on the spot. Full payment to be deposited in Government Treasury; advance refunded after full payment. Failure to pay within three days will result in forfeiture of advance.
• Payment of any outstanding token tax and all applicable government taxes is the responsibility of the successful bidder.
• Vehicle documents/registration books will be delivered only after completion of payment and other codal requirements; transfer of registration to be completed within 15 days.
• NDMA Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
