Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites bids from reputed international suppliers for the supply of one (01) liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo on a Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) basis at Port Qasim, Karachi. Quantity per cargo: 140,000 m3 (+/-5%). Expected cargo delivery period: 27–28 July 2026.
Bid documents are available from the PLL procurement office or by email request at [email protected] until 20 July 2026. Completed bids must reach PLL at Petroleum House, Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad by 14:00 PST on 20 July 2026; bids will be opened at 14:30 PST the same day. PLL reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
