Regional Office, Crime Control Department, Faisalabad invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://e.punjab.gov.pk) from eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement portal on or before 2026-08-20 by 11:00 AM accompanied by the required Bid Security (see table below). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
Bid Security & Performance Guarantee: Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price in the form of deposit at call/bank guarantee.
Key Instructions: Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. Complete bidding documents and the detailed tender conditions are available on the e-procurement portal. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
