Punjab Food Authority Tender – Implementation of UNICEF School Meal Program (SMP) Phase-II | Bid Due 2026-08-19

Punjab Food Authority (Tender No. 2026-27/03) invites e-bids (technical and financial proposals on a “Lot-wise” basis) from prospective eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for implementation of UNICEF-supported activities under the School Meal Program (SMP) Phase-II.

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), the Procuring Agency website (www.pfa.gop.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via digital payment (mobile banking application or corporate payment portal) using the prescribed Prefix and PSID combination (267901430 + PSID). Bid security must be paid/submitted on or before the bid submission deadline.

Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
