Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, invites sealed bids online through the e-PADS (Version 2.0) platform for multiple civil works packages in Karachi. Prospective bidders must be registered with PEC in the required categories and submit bids through the eprocurement portal. A non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 5,000 is payable to PIDCL. Bid security must be furnished in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee as specified in tender documents. Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
