NDMA Auction: 22 Vehicles and 7 Motorbikes at NDMA HQ Islamabad — 18 Aug 2026

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad. NDMA intends to auction a fleet of vehicles and motorbikes. Inspection and auction details, deposit requirements and key terms are provided below.

Inspection: 17 August 2026 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad.
Auction: 18 August 2026 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad at 15:00 hrs.

Overview

NDMA intends to auction 22 off-road vehicles and 7 motorbikes. Bidders must bring original CNIC and a pay order/bank draft in favour of NDMA as an earnest money deposit.

Earnest Money / Pay Order (in favour of NDMA)

Motorcycle: Rs. 10,000 per item.
Vehicle up to 1300 cc: Rs. 25,000 per vehicle.
Vehicle beyond 1300 cc: Rs. 50,000 per vehicle.

Payment & Forfeiture

The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot. Full payment must be deposited in the Government Treasury within three days; otherwise the advance payment will be forfeited.

Other Terms

- Outstanding token tax, if any, is the responsibility of the successful bidder.
- Documents/registration books will be released only after completion of payment and other codal requirements.
- All applicable government taxes are payable by the successful bidder.
- Vehicles will be handed over after transfer of registration (within 15 days).
- The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
