Purpose: Public hearing to consider quarterly adjustments filed by XWDISCOs for capacity charges, transmission charges, Market Operator fee, variable operation & maintenance charges, impact of incremental units and impact of transmission & distribution (T&D) losses on the Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA) for the 2nd quarter of Calendar Year 2026 (April–June 2026). The Authority notes the adjustment, if determined, will also be applicable to consumers of K-Electric.
