Tender: Procurement of Miscellaneous Items for Police Training College Lahore (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Police Training College, Lahore. Purpose: E-procurement of various miscellaneous items and services required during Financial Year 2026-27 under PPRA Rules 2014 via E-PADs (e-procurement).

Scope: Procurement covers a wide range of categories including (non-exhaustive): tents & tarpaulins; purchase of computer hardware and software; office stationery and printed forms/registers; furniture & fixtures; vehicles, vehicle maintenance and purchase of service vehicles; workshop machinery & tools; newspapers, books and training aids; sports items and equipment; medical/protective clothing and first-aid supplies; POL (fuel) charges; hot & cold weather allowances; building/civil maintenance; hardware & equipment services; and other miscellaneous stores & services as per tender schedules and Head of Accounts.

How to apply: Bidders must submit E-Bids/Proposals online through the Punjab e-Procurement system (E-PADs). Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available for download from the E-PADs portal. Each E-Bid must include separate Technical and Financial Proposals as required and shall be submitted through the portal by the specified deadline. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price and to execute the Contract Agreement in the prescribed period.
