Punjab Emergency Services Department — Prequalification for SMD LED Displays (PEMRC & EOC)

Issuer: Procurement Section, PPS Wing, Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab. The department invites prequalification documents from manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with tax departments in Pakistan for supply and installation of SMD LED displays.

Submission method: All applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and must submit Prequalification Documents through the e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method. Prequalification documents are available on the PPRA and department websites. Interested applicants can download documents from the Punjab e-Procurement System/PPRA website without payment of a tender fee.

Key conditions: Applications with required documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Submitted applications will be opened electronically on the same date. The procurement and prequalification process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure referenced by Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA is applicable for subsequent procurement proceedings.
