Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Hiring of firms for procurement of different services related to environment and climate awareness. Sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) are invited from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint Venture / Consortium is not allowed. Bid validity: 120 days.
Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Last date for submission: 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-11 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount through digital banking channels as per e-PS instructions. The bid security shall be in favor of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department. Successful bidder will sign a contract and bid security will be released through Punjab E-Procurement System.
