MES (PAF) Tender: Emergency Works for Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Civil & Works) PAF Chaklala. Invitations are issued for sealed tenders for emergency works under PPR Rule 42-c(v) for provision of certain facilities at various PAF bases. Applications for issuance of tender documents must include complete credentials as listed and will be scrutinized; documents will be issued only to firms with relevant experience and meeting eligibility conditions.

Key eligibility and conditions:

• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-In-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
• Applications must include credentials as specified (see Serial-9 of the notice). Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPR Rules.
