Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA — Tarbela invites electronic bids for planned FY 2026-27 procurements. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) and comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Single Stage-One Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be used where applicable.

- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in acceptable forms (CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque) in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. The original hard copy of the Bid Security must reach the office before bid closing time; otherwise the bid will be declared non-responsive. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
- Bidders should follow the bidding documents and declaration instructions available on EPADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per rules. The advertisement is also available on PPRA and WAPDA websites.
