Punjab Prisons Foundation (PPF), Lahore invites applications for multiple contract positions (one year) for posts based at PPF Office Lahore and various Punjab regions. Selected candidates will serve on a contract basis; salary is a fixed lump-sum. Applications must be submitted with required documents as described below.

| Office Superintendent | 02 | Minimum 25 — Maximum 40 years | Sahiwal & Bahawalpur Regions (1); Faisalabad & Sargodha Regions (1) | 16 years of education preferred. Experience in record keeping & maintenance of accounts, timely & accurate financial transactions, bank reconciliations, auditing & PPF project audits. Responsibilities include taxation modeling & forecasting, submission of tax returns, cash/office management and ensuring compliance with financial/legal requirements. |
| Data Entry Operators / Computer Operators | 06 | Minimum 18 — Maximum 35 years | PPFL Office, Lahore | Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ relevant experience OR Intermediate with at least 5 years’ experience. Good typing speed: English (35 WPM) & Urdu (25 WPM). Proficient in MS Office, computer applications, database systems, networking, hardware & software; minimum 6 months diploma/course in computer applications preferred. |
| System Operators (PCO) | 25 | Minimum 18 — Maximum 35 years | Multiple district allocations across Punjab (e.g. Rawalpindi, Mianwali, TT Singh, Jhang, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Jhelum, Vehari, Okara, Bahawalnagar, Layyah, Attock, Sujabad, Pindi Bhattian, Mianwali, Multan Women Jail etc.) | Intermediate or equivalent qualification from recognized board. Diploma/certificate in Networking, MS Office or basic computer skills preferred. Candidates will be tested on computer applications (MS Office, databases, networking, hardware/software concepts) and typing with a minimum typing speed requirement (typically 25 WPM). |
