IESCO Tender No. 61 – Repair of 200 kVA Damaged Distribution Transformers

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites sealed tenders for repair of damaged distribution transformers on an “as where is and free delivery basis” for IESCO regional stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajjar & Wah. Eligible firms/manufacturers must be registered with DISCOs / PPMC / WAPDA / NGC (formerly NTDC) and FBR.

Submission and opening:

Tenders will be received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-08-17 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date at the office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4, Street No. 40, Islamabad. Bidders or their authorized representatives (with authority letters) may attend the opening.

Key terms and conditions:

• Tender procedure: Single Stage One Envelope basis.
• Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security must be valid for 150 days and submitted as Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (having rating A+ or above) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad.
• Tender documents and terms can be obtained from Material Management IESCO Islamabad against written application on company letterhead; non-refundable fee Rs. 3,000 per tender.
• Written application must include copies of registration and sales tax certificate (STRN), NTN and other supporting documents.
• IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. No tender will be issued on the date of opening.
• Material shall conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications (as amended to date).
