CTD Rawalpindi Region E-Tender Notice for FY 2026-27 – Procurement Packages (Estimated Cost PKR 36.4M)

Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Rawalpindi Region invites E-Bids on framework contract basis from firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for various goods, services and maintenance for Financial Year 2026-27. All procurements will be made through the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key submission details

- E-Bid Submission Deadline: 2026-08-17 by 11:00 AM (online via E-Procurement system)

- E-Bid Opening Date & Time: 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM

- Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (as per PPRA Rule 27) must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft in favor of RO CTD Rawalpindi before the bid submission deadline.

- Bids shall be submitted online; hard copies of bidding documents, except original bid security, are not required unless stated. Bidders must upload all required documents including NTN/GST and valid registration certificates.
