National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Islamabad, invites bids through the EPADS V2.0 e-bidding system for the provision of “Durable Goods for NAVTTC”. Bids must follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and will be evaluated using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.
