Key submission and bidding information:

- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost. Bid security must be submitted through the digital banking facility available in the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels; bid security shall be in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department.
- Single stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per relevant rules. Incomplete/conditional bids or bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
