Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela invites e-bids for procurement planned under FY 2026-27. Procurement will be processed on EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage–One Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions are not accepted. Original hard copy of Bid Security must reach the Office of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela before bid opening.
