| Mandatory documents | Work orders and satisfactory completion certificates, details and pictures of completed projects, list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field. |
| Other conditions | No outstanding D&RE recoveries; pre-qualification decision subject to acceptance officer and PPRA rules. |
Submission details: Applications must be received at E-in-C's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi (Gate No.7, R.A. Bazar) by 11:30 hours on 2026-08-17. Applications will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Tenders will be issued only to pre-qualified firms.
