PSO Tender Notice – Multiple Packages & POL Supply (Bids via SAP Ariba)

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) invites sealed online bids through the SAP Ariba procurement platform for multiple supply and service packages and for procurement of petroleum products (POL). Interested, eligible suppliers and contractors must register and submit bids on PSO's SAP Ariba portal. Queries and clarifications should be addressed to the contact below.

Key actions: Register on SAP Ariba, review individual tender documents, submit bids online by the specified closing time for each package, and direct technical/procurement queries to PSO procurement contacts.

POL Supply (Commercial): PSO is also inviting offers for POL cargoes (CFR) including product types shown in commercial section of the tender notice. Detailed commercial schedules, quantity and delivery windows are provided in the individual tender documents on SAP Ariba.

Submission method: All bids must be submitted electronically via the PSO SAP Ariba procurement portal (SAP Ariba registration required). Specific bid submission windows and times are published per package in the tender documents.

Eligibility: Suppliers must comply with PSO procurement terms, be registered on SAP Ariba, and meet the qualification criteria listed in each tender document.
