Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre (MNCH), Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement for framework contracts for the fiscal year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Eligible bidders (Manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors, AOP) must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement with active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.
Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014. Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be uploaded separately on the Punjab E-Procurement portal. E-bidding documents and detailed specifications are available from the date of publication on PPRA, PESSI and Punjab E-Procurement websites.
