FFC Declares Second Interim Cash Dividend — Record Date 2026-08-10

Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has declared a Second Interim Cash Dividend for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The Board approved the dividend at its meeting held on 2026-07-29. Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members at the Close of Business on 2026-08-10 will be entitled to the dividend.

Action required by shareholders:

• Shareholders who have not provided International Bank Account Number (IBAN) details should furnish them immediately. For book-entry (CDC) holdings provide IBAN to your CDC Participant/CDC Investor Account Services. For physical shareholdings provide IBAN and copy of CNIC/passport to the Share Registrar.
• Individuals and joint holders with physical certificates must submit valid CNIC and IBAN to the Company or the CDC Share Registrar if not already provided.
• Check Active Taxpayers List (ATL) on the FBR website by the first day of book closure and take steps if required to be listed to avail lower tax deduction rates.
• Withholding tax exemption on dividend will only be allowed if a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted to CDC Share Registrar Services Limited by the first day of book closure.
• For joint accounts, shareholders must intimate the proportion of shareholding so tax can be deducted on each holder’s proportion according to filer/non-filer status.
