Issuer: PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre (MNCH), Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. PESSI MNCH Kot Lakhpat invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement for framework contracts for the fiscal year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors or AOPs registered with Punjab E-Procurement and having active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, valid technical, financial and managerial credentials, and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI may participate.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Technical proposal and financial proposal must be uploaded on Punjab E-Procurement separately as per format. E-bidding documents with specifications and instructions are downloadable from PPRA, PESSI websites and Punjab E-Procurement from date of publication. Bids may be submitted on Punjab E-Procurement until 11:00 AM on the respective tender date; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security: as specified per package (see table).
