Auction: Tuck Shop / Main Canteen & Parking Services at THQ Hospital Lalamusa (FY 2026-27)

THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa (Medical Superintendent, Dr. Mirza Muhammad Ashraf) invites sealed bids/auction participation for running the Tuck Shop/Main Canteen and Parking Services for the financial year 2026-27. How to apply / important instructions

- Submit bidding/auction documents in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa. CDR (call deposit receipt), tender receipt and original CNIC must be provided.

- The CDR of the highest bidder will be retained in the custody of the Procuring Agency until the maturity of the contract.

- Persons or firms who are defaulters of Government / Semi-Government are not eligible to participate.

- Bidder must be an Active Tax Payer and possess NTN/STRN.

- Contract will commence upon signing and will expire on 2027-06-30.

- The contractor must pay the auction amount on a quarterly basis. The first quarter payment must be submitted within two weeks from issuance of firm letter. In case of delay, a penalty of 5% per day will be charged.

- Successful bidder will be liable to pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.

- Hospital Administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids/offers before awarding under PPRA 2014 (amended 2016) Rule 35(1) and Auction Collection Right Rules, 2016.

- Further details and document collection timings: office hours 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

- The contractor is responsible for cleanliness, sanitation and compliance with relevant health/food authority instructions. Police verification and medical fitness certificates for canteen staff are required.

- The contractor must vacate premises within 15 days after contract termination if requested and will forfeit utility/guarantee in case of non-compliance as per hospital instructions.
