PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Lahore invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable and experienced civil contractors / development firms for the development of a Commercial Corporate & Club Building on a 99 Kanal 02 Marla (approx.) plot at PCSIR ECH Society Phase-1, Main Canal Road, Lahore on a Built & Transfer (BT) basis.
The proposed multi-storey building comprises a basement (for car parking), ground, first, second and third floors. Under the BT arrangement the Society will retain specific floors while the developer/contractor will sell remaining floors to recover construction cost under mutually agreed terms.
