NHA Re-Invitation to e-Bids – Construction of New Rehmania Bridge on N-5 (KM 1382+000–1383+000)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Central Zone). The NHA re-invites eligible contractors to submit e-bids for the construction of a new Rehmania Bridge on National Highway N-5 between KM 1382+000 and KM 1383+000.

Eligibility: Contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and holding a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category and specialization codes.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes (technical and financial). Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions will be available for download free of cost on the NHA e-bidding portal.

Document availability: Download from the NHA e-bidding website. Prospective bidders must follow the NHA website for updates and addenda.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the NHA e-bidding system. Bids must reach the address specified in the bidding documents on or before the closing date and time. Technical e-bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time.

Registration note: All firms are advised to obtain PPRA e-procurement registration at the e-procurement portal immediately. Manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
