Public Notice: Applicants for Sabzi & Fruit Mandi Plots/Shops (Ghaggar Phatak, Malir) — Contact Market Committee Karachi

Issuer: Market Committee Karachi, A-212, Block-03, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Purpose: Applicants who obtained and submitted application forms for allotment of plots/shops (various categories) for the new Sabzi and Fruit Mandi at Ghaggar Phatak, Malir — and who deposited the 25% part payment in response to the Market Committee Karachi public advertisements (initial advertisement July 2007 and subsequent advertisement dated 2007-10-13) — but have not yet received allotment are required to contact the Market Committee Karachi office within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this public notice.

Applicants must present the following original documents at the Market Committee Karachi office for verification:

• All applicants must complete verification of their applications and supporting documents within the stipulated period.
• Applicants who fail to contact the Market Committee Karachi within the prescribed period will have their cases dealt with in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and the policy of the competent authority.
• Allotment of any remaining plots/shops will be made strictly in accordance with the approved policy of the Government of Sindh, applicable rules and regulations, merit, and availability.
