Purpose: To announce our client's intention to purchase the below-described property and invite any objections, claims or encumbrances to be submitted in writing with documentary evidence.

Declared joint owners/sellers named in the notice: Mrs. Riffat Ikram (widow of Late Mr. Ikram Ul Haq Qureshi), Mr. Mohammad All Qureshi, Mr. Umair Ikram, Mr. Osama Ikram Qureshi, Mr. Uzair Ikram Qureshi (all sons and legal heirs of Late Mr. Ikram Ul Haq Qureshi) and Mr. Nazir Ahmed. The notice refers to respective shares including amounts cited as 2 Kanal 14 Marla for the heirs and 2 Kanal 14 Marla for Mr. Nazir Ahmed.

Action required: Any person(s), banks, financial institutions, bureau/authority or other parties having any objection, claim, right, title, interest, charge, lien, litigation, mortgage or dispute regarding sale/transfer of title or delivery of vacant and peaceful possession of the Property must intimate the same in writing with documentary evidence to the issuer's address within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice; otherwise the sale/purchase/transfer/acquisition will be completed treating objections (if any) as waived and forfeited.
